How long are bridal appointments?

Our bridal appointments typically last 90 minutes, giving you plenty of time to try on different styles, ask questions, and enjoy the experience and find your dream dress!

How many guests can I bring with me?

We recommend bringing up to 2–4 loved ones whose opinions you value most. Too many voices can become overwhelming, and we want the focus to stay on you!

Do you offer VIP appointments?

Yes! We’re thrilled to offer VIP Appointments for brides who want to make their shopping experience extra special. For $100, you’ll enjoy a larger private space, complimentary champagne, light snacks and accessories discount. This package is perfect for those bringing a larger group or simply wishing to add that extra touch of celebration to the moment.

What is the price range of your dresses?

Our gowns typically range from $1,900 to $3,000, with a variety of styles available at different price points.

Do I need an appointment to shop?

Yes, appointments are required so we can give you the personalized attention you deserve. You can book online or give us a call to reserve your spot.

What undergarments should I wear to my appointment?

We suggest wearing nude undergarments and, if possible, a strapless bra. This helps you get the best idea of how each gown will look and feel. Shapewear is optional—come in whatever makes you comfortable.

Should I bring shoes?

If you already have shoes in mind, bring them along!

How far in advance should I order my dress?

We recommend ordering your gown 9–12 months before your wedding to allow time for production and alterations. Rush options may be available if your wedding is sooner.

Do you offer alterations?

We currently do not offer in-house alterations. However, we have a recommended list of highly skilled seamstresses. Alteration costs vary depending on the work needed and are a separate service from your gown purchase.

What sizes are available to try on?

We carry a wide selection of sample gowns in sizes 10-20. If your dream gown isn’t in your size, we’ll clip and pin it to give you the best possible vision of the fit.

Do you sell sample gowns or “off-the-rack” gowns?

All of our gowns are special ordered for each bride, ensuring you receive a brand-new dress in your chosen size and color. While we occasionally might sell a sample gown “off the rack” in special circumstances, we always recommend a special order when possible—it guarantees the best fit and condition.

Can I take photos during my appointment?

Yes! We encourage you to take photos so you can remember your favorites. That said, we also invite our brides to be present in the moment—sometimes the magic of a gown is best experienced in person rather than through a phone screen.

What is a trunk show?

A trunk show is a special weekend-long event where we receive additional gowns on loan—often styles we don’t usually carry in-store. It’s a wonderful opportunity to see an expanded collection and try on dresses that are here for one weekend only. Occasionally, designers also offer exclusive discounts during these shows, making it an especially exciting time to say “yes” to your dress!

What happens when I find “the one”?

Congratulations! When you say yes to your dress, we’ll take your measurements, place the order, and celebrate with you. Most gowns take 4–6 months to arrive.
